Hello Ladies, it is Tavish, popping in real quick. Because I have suffered from depression and many of you have suffered from it as well, I wanted to get some solid information to you on how to use essential oils to help treat it. Essential oils are not a magic healing solution and can take time. But, all natural remedies for depression are often not mentioned at the doctor. 

Here, Jodi Cohen from Vibrant Blue Oils will discuss how vagus nerve is connected to depression and how to use specific essential oils to treat. Now let's dive in with Jodi. 

Essential oils offer a non-invasive tool for naturally stimulating the vagus nerve. Applying our stimulatory Parasympathetic™ blend behind the earlobe on the mastoid bone helps to trigger the parasympathetic rest and digest response. Formulated from a synergistic combination of Clove, which is highly stimulatory combined with Lime oil which has super small molecules.
